Il nostro lavoro è incentrato sul recupero e successivo restauro di materiali datati talvolta antichi di prima scelta. Tutti i nostri oggetti sono creati 100% a mano in Italia con materiali Italiani. Talvolta, dove indicato, eseguiamo una successiva anticatura del legno. Ogni creazione può differire dalle altre per dettagli come graffi, piccole crepe del legno,tonalità di colore o macchie sul legno. Alcune piccole imperfezioni degli oggetti non sono da considerarsi difetti ma opera della lavorazione interamente manuale e dall'uso di materiali datati rigenerati. Per le nostre creazioni scegliamo il legno migliore e cerchiamo, dove possibile, di mantenere inalterate le caratteristiche originali, i segni del tempo e la sua storia.

CURA E MANUTENZIONE DELL'OGGETTO

Le nostre creazioni sono finite a cera naturale, usate soltanto un panno morbido per ottenere la lucidità naturale dell'oggetto. Non usare solventi o prodotti vari per la pulizia dell'oggetto , potrebbero comprometterne il colore

Siamo felici di soddisfare le esigenze dei nostri clienti, effettuiamo lavorazioni su misura ed ogni richiesta per oggetti non presenti in catalogo o modifica di oggetti presenti nella nostra collezione è ben accetta. Contattateci pure tramite messaggio, valuteremo insieme la vostra richiesta.

Per ordini multipli è preferibile che ci contattiate prima dell'acquisto, saremo lieti di offrire una scontistica sulle spese di spedizione.

TIPOLOGIA DI SPEDIZIONE

La spedizione delle nostre creazioni avviene esclusivamente con servizio postale espresso e tracciabile, appena inviato l'oggetto vi avviseremo tramite messaggio dell'avvenuta spedizione e vi forniremo il numero di tracciatura con il quale, attraverso gli appositi servizi di monitoraggio dei siti postali, potrete seguire il suo percorso fino ad avvenuta consegna. Talvolta in alcuni paesi ed in periodi di forte transito postale come le festività, la tracciatura potrebbe fermarsi al confine Italiano, ciò non dipende da noi ma dagli stessi servizi postali.

Rispettiamo sempre i tempi di invio indicati nella descrizione di ogni singolo oggetto e possiamo garantirli. Nel caso in cui si verificasse una condizione per cui la spedizione debba essere ritardata ci impegneremo a contattare il cliente e decidere con lui se effettuare ugualmente la spedizione o annullare l'ordine ed effettuare un rimborso completo

I tempi di consegna dei nostri oggetti sono indicativi e riportati così come forniti dai servizi postali, sono attendibili nel 90% dei casi ma, in particolari periodi di forte transito postale e durante le festività, potrebbero verificarsi dei ritardi nella consegna, questo non dipende da noi ma dai servizi postali stessi Noi non siamo responsabili di questi ritardi e di ritardi della consegna per controlli doganali.

Nel nostro lavoro ci impegnamo al massimo per garantire un eccellente prodotto, sia nel nostro lavoro manuale che nella descrizione dettagliata di ogni articolo ma se, per ogni ragione, non vi riteniate soddisfatti del vostro acquisto, potete rispedirlo entro 14 giorni. Prima della spedizione del reso è assolutamente necessario che ci contattiate per avere informazioni sulla modalità di spedizione che, in ogni caso sarà a carico dell'acquirente, dovrà essere effettuata tramite posta tracciabile e confezionata con cura al fine di evitare danneggiamenti durante il trasporto . Una volta ricevuto l'oggetto ( che dovrà essere integro) ed averlo controllato, provvederemo al rimborso , tasse doganali escluse .

My “handmade” jewelry box had numerous drilled holes in spots that didn’t need holes and are clearly visible. I contacted the seller and they were appalled. While making no excuses they guessed it must have been damaged in customs. They put together another jewelry box and three day shipped it from Italy to the US! This one arrived undamaged and is beautiful. Their customer service, pride in their products, and are a pleasure to do business with. I will be making another purchase in the future.
