Highlights

Secret Santa generator for Google Sheets and Excel: a gift exchange organizer with an automatic name draw, wish lists, private match cards and a gift tracker.

Add the names and the draw is done for you: nobody draws themselves, couples or housemates in the same group are kept apart, and everyone gives and gets exactly one gift. Want a new draw? Change one number. Works for office parties, families, friends and Kris Kringle exchanges.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
• Secret-Santa-Gift-Exchange-Organizer.xlsx with 7 tabs: Secret Santa Draw, Start Here, Participants, My Match, Gift Tracker, Rules & Checklist, Settings
• START-HERE guide
• Sample names marked SAMPLE so you can see everything working

FEATURES
• Automatic draw for up to 50 people, made with formulas (no macros)
• Group check: people in the same group (a couple, a household, a team) are never paired, and the draw status tells you if you need a redraw
• Redraw any time by changing the Draw number on Settings
• Participants: 3 wishes each, sizes and favorites, a "please no" list, and in person, ship it or virtual
• My Match: pick a name to show only that person's match, the receiver's wish list, the spending limit and the date. Screenshot it and send it privately
• Gift Tracker: idea, ordered, bought, wrapped, delivered, with an over-limit warning
• Rules & Checklist: ready-to-share rules, White Elephant and Yankee Swap variations, and an organizer checklist
• Dashboard on the draw tab: people in the draw, draw status, gifts bought and days to go
