Wedding Budget Light is a Google Sheets template for engaged couples. Set your total, split it by category, list your vendors and every deposit with its due date, then track who is chipping in, your guest list and RSVPs, gifts and thank-yous, and a dated checklist. The Dashboard shows how many days to go, how much budget is left, what is paid, what is due next and who has RSVPed.

Light mode: a bright, airy look that is easy to read.

Example: the filled-in Example version is a sample couple, Nina & Theo, getting married Sat June 12, 2027. It is pinned to April 24, 2027, 49 days to go.
• Total budget $30,000. Expected spend $28,883, so $1,117 is left (96% spoken for).
• Paid so far $14,368, still to pay $14,515. About $258 per guest for 112 guests.
• Next payments: guest shuttle $100 (4 days late), alterations May 8 ($250), garden venue May 13 ($2,200), day-of coordinator May 22 ($800), dinner buffet May 29 ($2,824). $3,350 due in the next 30 days.
• Over plan: catering $1,077, attire $780, officiant $110. Everything else has room to spare.
• Who's paying: pledged $30,000, given $19,000 so far. Us $9,500 of $14,000, Nina's parents $6,000 of $10,000, Theo's parents $2,500 of $5,000, Grandma Ruth $1,000 of $1,000.
• Guests: 62 invites, 124 people. 82 yes, 12 no, 30 still waiting, RSVPs due May 1.
• Gifts: 16 logged, worth $1,290, with 5 thank-yous still to write.
• Checklist: 24 of 40 tasks done, 2 overdue (transportation and the final dress fitting).
