Seller's description

The whole safety program for a construction company, in one download. Seven products, eight files. One purchase covers your company.

This is everything in this shop that a subcontractor needs to walk onto a GC's job with their paperwork in order: a year of weekly toolbox talks in three editions, the site-specific safety plan the GC asks for at prequal, a job hazard analysis pack with eighteen JHAs already written, and the two written plans OSHA asks to see on silica and heat. Written by a working steel erector, framed on 29 CFR 1926, in field language a crew will actually read.

WHAT'S IN THE ZIP
1. The Toolbox Year: 52 Toolbox Talks (English, 56 pages). One talk a week with the sign-in sheet printed on the same page.
2. 52 Bilingual Toolbox Talks (English and Spanish side by side, 56 pages). The same talks, same sign-in, so a mixed crew reads one sheet.
3. El Año de Seguridad: 52 Charlas (Spanish, 56 pages).
4. Site-Specific Safety Plan (26 pages). Fill-in SSSP for subcontractors: scope, competent persons, fall protection, task hazard analysis sheets, the posted emergency page in English and Spanish, incident reporting with the OSHA 8-hour and 24-hour clock, training record.
5. Job Hazard Analysis Pack (29 pages, PDF plus editable Word). How to write a JHA, the blank two-page JHA/JSA form, a 5 x 5 risk matrix with plain definitions, and 18 pre-filled JHAs: concrete, trenching, scaffold, ladders, lifts, roofing, steel erection, rebar, forklift, crane picks, demolition, hot work, confined space, electrical, silica cutting, drywall, housekeeping, heat.
6. Written Silica Exposure Control Plan (14 pages). The written plan 29 CFR 1926.1153(g) requires, with Table 1 tasks.
7. Bilingual Heat Illness Prevention Plan (18 pages). The written heat plan California, Oregon and Washington require, English and Spanish.

Bought separately these come to $203. The bundle is the way to get the whole program for less than the talks alone used to cost.

HOW IT ARRIVES
One zip file, 3.5 MB. Unzip it on a computer (phones can open zips too, but a computer is easier for printing). Inside is a folder with the seven products and a README that lists them. US Letter, prints clean in grayscale on any office printer.

One purchase covers your company: print all you need, hand the files to every foreman you've got. Please don't resell or repost the files.

Training aids and templates, not legal advice. They support your company's safety program and the current OSHA standards, they don't replace them, and they don't replace a competent person looking at the actual job. Digital product, no refunds on digital files, but if something's wrong with a file, message me and I'll make it right.
