The one page that has to be on the wall before the first man goes up: who to call, where we are, where the hospital is, and where we meet to count heads. English on page one, the same sheet in Spanish on page two.

OSHA 1926.35 wants an emergency action plan the crew can follow, and 1926.50 wants first aid and the way to get help posted where people can find it. On most jobs that's a sticky note in the trailer. This is the sheet instead: fill it in on day one, post it at the gate, the gang box, and the trailer, and the newest man on the crew can run an emergency without asking anybody.

WHAT'S ON THE PAGE:
