Specifications

May include: A printable First Aid Kit Checklist document featuring ANSI Z308.1 Class A and Class B requirements. The white page includes a detailed table for tracking medical supplies, expiry dates, and weekly checks, with black text on a dark background.

A one-page first aid kit checklist for construction crews, in English on page 1 and Spanish on page 2. Post it at the kit and check it off every week.

WHAT'S ON IT
• Every item in the ANSI/ISEA Z308.1-2021 standard with the Class A and Class B minimum count side by side (22 items: bandages, tape, antiseptic, burn dressing, cold pack, eye wash, tourniquet, trauma pads, foil blanket, splint, gloves and the rest)
• On-hand, expires, and OK / Replace columns so a foreman can walk the kit in two minutes
• Kit location, class and type, and the crew size it covers
• A weekly check log: date, checked by, items replaced, signature
• The OSHA 1926.50 points that get missed: check before each job and at least weekly (d)(2), a trained first aider on site when no clinic is close (c), eye wash where corrosives are used (g), and a line for the AED location

WHY IT MATTERS
OSHA 1926.50 says the kit gets checked before it goes out to each job and at least weekly on the job, and used items get replaced. A dated, signed log is how you show that happened. Class A covers an ordinary crew; Class B is for larger crews, remote sites, or higher-risk work.

WHAT YOU GET
• 1 PDF, 2 pages, US Letter, prints clean in black and white on any office printer
• Page 1 English, page 2 Spanish (same layout, same line items)
• Instant download after purchase. No shipping.
