What it is
A budget by pay period, not just by month: assign each paycheck, map bills to paydays, roll money over to the next period, and see a zero-based view where every dollar is assigned — plus a 50/30/20 dashboard and a debt snowball add-on tab.
Who it is for
Paycheck-to-paycheck workers, couples on biweekly pay, and anyone whose bills do not line up neatly with a monthly budget.

Exactly what is included
- Excel (.xlsx) file, importable into Google Sheets — the buyer guide explains the File > Import steps
- Excel (.xlsx) file in a ZIP, with a buyer guide
- Budget by weekly or biweekly pay period
- Bill calendar mapped to paydays
- Rollover to the next pay period
- Zero-based budget view
- 50/30/20 dashboard
- Debt snowball add-on tab
- Start Here tab and worked example

Formats and compatibility
Excel (.xlsx), importable into Google Sheets (free Google account required; the buyer guide explains File > Import). No macros. No bank sync.

How it works after purchase
1. Buy the listing and download instantly from Etsy.
2. Open the included buyer guide first — it tells you which file to open and which cells to type in.
3. Follow the Start Here steps, enter your own information, and use the built-in dashboard or checklist. Calculated cells are marked so you do not overwrite formulas.
4. Save your own copy. Your master download stays unchanged if you need to start again.

What it is NOT
It is not a bank app, it does not move money between accounts, it does not pay bills for you, and it is not financial advice. It is a planning and tracking system only.

Bundle / upsell suggestion
Bundle as a Paycheck System with a bill calendar, debt snowball and sinking-funds sheet — the 4-sheet bundle pattern that already carries strong demand signals.

FAQ
Q: Why budget by paycheck instead of by month?
A: Because bills are due on specific dates and pay arrives on specific dates. Mapping bills to paydays prevents a bill arriving in a week with no pay.

Q: What about irregular hours or tips?
A: This version includes an irregular-pay note for variable hours and tips: enter the actual net pay you received each payday. For fully irregular freelance income, see the Irregular-Income Freelancer Budget listing.

Q: Is it weekly or biweekly?
A: Both. Choose Weekly or Biweekly on the Settings tab (the Start Here tab walks you through it).

Q: Does this work in Google Sheets and Excel?
A: Yes. You get an Excel (.xlsx) file that also imports into Google Sheets (the guide explains import). This version has no live native Google Sheets copy link.
