This kit shows what your machine is really doing (kerf, slot fit and hole fit), so you know which 0.1 / 0.2 / 0.3 mm offset version of a Surkis Fab Files pack to cut.

What's in the zip
Metric set (mm), 11 DXF:
• Nested sheet: all 10 parts on a 260 × 320 mm blank
• 7 slot coupons for 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm plate. 5 open slots each, 15 mm deep, at thickness +0.0 / +0.1 / +0.2 / +0.3 / +0.4 mm
• 16 mm hole gauge: Ø16.0 / 16.1 / 16.2 / 16.3 / 16.4 mm
• Kerf comb: 16 gaps from 0.5 to 2.0 mm in 0.1 mm steps, 6.00 mm teeth
• Fit result card (120 × 80 mm) with etched fields to record your settings

Imperial set (inch), 10 DXF:
• Nested sheet: all 9 parts on a 10.5 × 12.5 in blank
• 6 slot coupons for 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8 and 1/2 in plate, at +.000 to +.016 in
• 5/8 in hole gauge: .625 / .629 / .633 / .637 / .641 in
• Inch kerf comb (.020 to .080 in) and fit result card

The files
• Clean closed polylines and circles. Metric files are drawn in mm, imperial files in inches, 1:1
• Layers: CUT (through-cut), ETCH (labels: mark only, or delete), INFO (blank outline: turn off)
• Drawn at nominal size: use your normal kerf compensation
• Suggested kit material: 3 mm (1/8 in) mild steel or stainless

Digital download
• Nothing is posted. Download from your Etsy Purchases page once payment clears.
• Licence: cut the parts as often as you like for personal or small-business use, and sell the parts you cut. Please don't share, resell or upload the files themselves.
• Because it's a digital file I can't take returns, but if a file is faulty, message me and I'll sort it.

• Double-check all measurements, hole sizes, kerf and fit against your own material and machine before cutting. Cut a test piece or scrap first.
• Files are supplied as-is. You're responsible for checking they suit your job and for your results.
• Fit-test and work-surface files only: not a certified measuring tool, not a structural part, no load rating.
