Formats and compatibility

It is a write-in planner: it has no formulas and does not auto-calculate hours, pay or tax. It is not a medical record system.

How it works after purchase
1. Buy the listing and download instantly from Etsy.
2. Open the included buyer guide (guide.md) first — it lists every page and explains the shift codes.
3. On a tablet: open the PDF in GoodNotes, Notability or a similar app, tap a section name on the Index (page 2) to jump to it, and write on the pages with a stylus. To get more daily pages, duplicate pages 17–26 in your app.
4. On paper: print on US Letter paper (single- or double-sided) and print pages 17–26 again whenever you need more daily pages. Links do not work on paper — use the printed page numbers instead.
5. Save your own copy. Your master download stays unchanged if you need to start again.

A: Yes. The rotation planner (page 4) is built for rotating 12-hour shifts, not only Monday to Friday, and the monthly calendars use shift codes (D / N / OFF / ON-CALL / PTO) instead of fixed weekdays.

Q: Can I track certifications?
A: Yes. A certification and continuing-education tracker is included on page 31, with expiry dates and renewal status.

Q: Is this a medical record?
A: No. Do not enter patient-identifiable information. It is for personal shift notes only.
