We have a no run around return policy! We don't want you to keep an item you don't like so we have an easy return policy! Just let us know within 72 hours of getting your product and we will send a return label, just print the label and send the item back in new (Not Used), resellable condition within 7 days of receiving the return label and we will issue a refund minus any shipping fees, and a small restocking fee of 20%. Unfortunately certain items such as our Nintendo Switch Safe, Combination Locks, Decals and ALL cookie cutters or any personalize or custom listing cant be returned due to the nature of the items. Mask relief bands are also excluded from our return policy due to the nature of the product.

Please note once we ship your products with the delivery method chosen,We have no control over the delivery process or delays with the shipping company. If you need the item by a certain day please let us know prior to placing the order,We will strive to meet your deadline. We unfortunately can not offer refunds or allow returns due to mail delays. We are not responsible for any customs chargers for international orders.

Refunds or Returns on lost or damaged packages will be determined on a case by case basis. For products that are shipped without tracking, we require 14 business days after the estimated delivery date before we issue a refund or replacement. International packages require 30 business days after the last tracking update before we can issue a replacement or refund.

Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to the wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.

We unfortunately cant accept packages that are returned to us without authorization. Packages that are sent to us without a RMA number or Return to send will be refused and no refund will be issued.

Please note for all our cookie cutters, The cutters must be hand washed in warm water and air dry only. Keep away from harsh chemicals

Most of our items can be returned minus shipping and restocking fees, However certain items are not eligible for returns these items include : All custom items including combination locks, Decals, Nintendo Switch Safe's , Custom engraved items, watch bands and ALL cookie cutters. 3D-expressions can't be held liable for any damages to your own personal property caused by any of our products.

As each country is different we are not responsible for custom's or Brokerage charges your order may receive. Please note that if these fees are not paid the item will be Returned to sender, However we will be responsible for the fees. Once we receive the order back we will refund the order minus any fees we are charged to receive it as well as our standard restocking fees.

Custom orders once paid can NOT be canceled or returned/refunded for any reason unless a wrong item was sent. If the product was damaged in shipping please contact us to file a insurance claim and start the process of a replacement order.
