Personalized Letter from Santa, Printable PDF A4 or US Letter, Custom Name and Age, Nice List Letter for Kids, English or Spanish

Seller's description

A personal letter from Santa, written for your child by name, ready to print at home. Available in English or Spanish.

You tell us your child's name, age, what they love and something they're proud of this year. We prepare the letter and send you a print-ready PDF through Etsy.

★ WHAT YOU GET
• 1 personalized letter from Santa, PDF in A4 or US Letter (you choose)
• 1 matching printable envelope with your child's name (included)
• Letter in English or Spanish: choose it in "Size & language"
• Optional: a Nice List certificate with your child's name (+€1.50, type YES in the last field)

★ HOW IT WORKS
1. Fill in the personalization fields before adding to cart. Please check the spelling: we copy names exactly as written.
2. We prepare your letter and check every detail by hand.
3. We send the PDF through Etsy within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays). You'll get an email and the file appears in your Etsy Purchases.
4. Print it at home or at a print shop.

★ PRINTING
Your PDF comes with the letter, the envelope and, if you added it, the certificate, in A4 or US Letter (whichever you picked). Download it from a web browser on your phone or computer, as the Etsy app doesn't download files. For the best result, print it at actual size (100%) on slightly thicker paper, 120 to 160 gsm (about 32 to 43 lb).

★ CHRISTMAS DEADLINE
Order by Monday 21 December 2026, 23:59 (Madrid time, CET) to receive your letter by Wednesday 23 December, before Christmas Eve (Thursday 24 December). Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered as soon as possible, but we can't guarantee them before that date.

The photos show an example letter (the name "Oliver" is a sample). Your letter will carry your child's own details.

★ FAQ
• When will I get my letter? Within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Spanish public holidays). For Christmas, order by Monday 21 December 2026, 23:59 CET.
• Is anything shipped? No. This is a digital file; you print it yourself.
• How do I download it? Open Etsy in a web browser (phone or computer): downloads don't work in the Etsy app. Can't find our email? Check your spam folder; the file is always in your Etsy Purchases.
• What size is it? A4 or US Letter, whichever you pick when you order.
• Why do you ask "boy, girl or neutral"? So the wording fits your child. Neutral avoids he/she altogether.
• What does "trying hard" mean? Every letter is positive. "Trying hard" celebrates effort, never scolds.
• I have more than one child. Please order one letter per child so each one gets their own details.
• There's a mistake in the letter. If the mistake is ours, we correct it for free. Message us on Etsy.

★ LICENSE
Personal family use only: print as many copies as you need for your own family. One license per buyer; no resale, sharing or redistribution of the files, printed or digital.

★ REFUNDS
Etsy doesn't offer returns on digital items, but if your file doesn't work (it won't download, open or print properly), message us on Etsy within 14 days of purchase and we'll help you fix it or refund you. If we made a mistake with the details you gave us, we'll correct it for free.

★ AI DISCLOSURE
Our letter texts were written with the help of AI tools and reviewed and approved by us. Every letter is personalized and checked by us before we send it. No AI-generated images are used.
