Highlights

Fence contractor estimate pack: up to 10 fence runs with gates, a full material takeoff, Good / Better / Best pricing, proposal, change order and invoice.

Enter post spacing, picket size and gap, gate sizes and post depth, then one row per fence run with its height and gates. The workbook counts sections, posts (less shared corners), rails by fence height, pickets with waste, fast-setting concrete and gravel bags, post caps, fasteners, top cap & trim, gate kits and old-fence removal. Price it three ways (for example pine / cedar / cedar premium) and send a proposal that fills itself.

HOW IT WORKS
Microsoft Excel (Windows, Mac or Excel on the web): unzip and open the .xlsx. Type only in the cream cells with blue text - everything else calculates.
Google Sheets (free, works on phone and tablet): drive.google.com > New > File upload, open the file, then File > Save as Google Sheets. Formulas and drop-downs carry over.
Word / Google Docs: the .docx opens in Word, Google Docs, Apple Pages and LibreOffice. Add your logo with Insert > Pictures.
Fillable PDF: type straight into it in free Adobe Acrobat Reader, Chrome, Edge or Mac Preview - or print it and fill it in by hand.
A Start Here PDF guide walks through every file with a filled-in example.
