Smartwatch and Smart Ring Journal, 12-Week Wearable Health Tracker, Printable Fillable PDF

Your watch says 62. You feel fine. Who's right?

Your watch or ring shows sleep scores, readiness, stress and calories, all in the same confident font. This journal helps you find out, for your own body, which numbers to trust, which to watch and which to ignore. One or two minutes a morning: rate how you feel before you look, then see which numbers agree with you. Twelve weeks later you know your own normal, and which numbers to keep.
