Very happy with the pillow, looks great, seems durable, and provides good support. I actually needed a lumbar pillow and didn't just get this for the look. It was however REALLY difficult to find a pillow insert that fits this pillow and I ended up having to buy one that was too large and alter it to fit, a total pain. And at the price of this item I think it should be included. It really was too expensive for me, but I saved up for it. I have no regrets. It's exactly as described and beautiful. If the seller has a link to a proper insert they should provide it in the product listing for these items, that would be SO helpful. Thanks AgaveSupply.
