if you purchased an item that needs repair, you can mail it to me for free repair and I will mail it back to you free of charge. Product warranty is for 1 year from the day of purchase.

Unclaimed packages that will return to my studio will be shipped and charged once again for shipping cost.

If for any reason you would like to get a refund for an unclaimed package, you will be charge with shipping cost.

How can you keep it in new condition? it's easy:

✓ Stay away from water: pool, ocean, lakes.
Staying away from water will prevent it from oxidizing. (referring to 24k gold plating jewelry)

✓ Try to void direct perfume spraying for that exact same reason.

✓ Store the items in a dark, dry closet, separated from each other with fabric scarps.

Each item wrapped with much love and care ♡ I create my own signature wrapping paper and each piece get into a beautiful box with soft cushion for max protection. If you wish to have a personal note, I'll be happy to do it!

I ship my items worldwide via Israel mail.
The basic free shipping option is without tracking number and takes between 14-21 business days.
if you would like to have tracking number for your parcel you can choose between two options:
International with tracking number - 10$, takes up to 10 bushiness days to arrive.
Worldwide expedited shipping - 28$, shipping time takes between 2-6 business days from delivery **Depending on the destination.
