How do I get my files?

Right after payment, Etsy makes your files available under You > Purchases and reviews. You can also use the download link in your Etsy confirmation email. Nothing is mailed.

Do I need Google Sheets or Excel?

Either works. Each order includes an Excel (.xlsx) file and a one-page links PDF with a "Make my copy" button that puts your own copy in Google Sheets. The PDFs open in any PDF reader.

Can I fill in the PDFs on my computer?

Yes. The PDFs are fillable, so you can type into them using a free reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can also print them and write by hand.

Can I print the planners?

Yes. The pages are sized for standard US Letter paper (8.5 x 11 in) and print well at home or at a local print shop. Print as many copies as you need for your own household.

Can I return or exchange a digital file?

Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and returns or exchanges aren't possible. If a file won't open or something looks wrong, message me and I'll help you get it working.
