See the layout. Buy the right amount. Enter your room, tile and grout sizes and see the tile grid, the cuts and how many whole boxes to buy.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Work in metres and millimetres or in feet and inches; switch any time, sizes convert exactly and come back unchanged
• Add each floor by length and width, with the tile size and the grout joint from the box
• See the tile grid drawn for straight, brick (half offset) or diagonal layouts, with the cut row and column and their sizes
• Set a spare for cuts per room; one button applies the suggested 10, 12 or 15 percent by layout
• Get tiles and whole boxes, always rounded up, the extra tiles left in the boxes and an optional cost
• Diagonal layouts always show a warning that the count is an estimate
• Print a shopping list or save it as PDF from the print window, or copy it as text
• Back up and restore your plan (JSON file), rooms in and out as CSV
• 35 currency symbols (symbol only) and 6 looks, light and dark

HOW IT WORKS
1. Download the ZIP and START-HERE.pdf from Etsy after checkout.
2. Unzip and open Envelo-TileCalc.html in your web browser. Look at the filled example, then press Start my own.
3. Type your room, tile and grout sizes and the tiles per box. The boxes update as you type and save in your browser.

• Rectangles only: add an L-shaped room as two rectangles. No wall tiles with openings in this version.
• Works in 11 languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Hindi and Arabic, right to left) – switch any time. One project at a time in the app; save a backup file per project. Your numbers do not sync between devices.
