Backup Schedule Planner, Personal Device Backup Checklist, Recovery Test Tracker, Calendar Reminders File, Offline HTML App and Printables

Personal Backup Schedule Planner by Envelo BackupFlow.

Your backup plan, clearly organized. BackupFlow keeps a list of your devices and where each one is backed up, works out when every backup is due for a check, and helps you practise a restore. It plans and reminds: it does not copy or back up any files by itself.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• List your devices, what matters on them and your backup places (a drive at home, cloud storage, a drive kept elsewhere)
• Set how often to check each backup: daily, weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, every 3 months or yearly
• See the next check date and the status of every backup: Overdue, Due soon or On track; tap Checked today after you check one
• A 3-2-1 overview for each device: copies, kinds of storage, one copy away from home
• Recovery tests as a tick-off checklist with Done today
• Download a calendar file (.ics) with one all-day event for each next check, with an optional alert
• Print your plan as a report, or print the blank sheets
• Back up and restore your plan (JSON file), download and import lists as CSV; 6 looks, light and dark

HOW IT WORKS
1. Download the ZIP and START-HERE.pdf from Etsy after checkout.
2. Unzip and open Envelo-BackupFlow.html in your web browser. Look at the filled example, then press My plan.
3. Add your devices and backup places, set how often to check them, and mark each check as you do it.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
• START-HERE.pdf (0.23 MB)
• Envelo-BackupFlow-v1.0.zip (0.39 MB)
Inside the ZIP:
• Envelo-BackupFlow.html: the planner app, opens in your browser by double click and works offline
• Envelo-BackupFlow-Printable-Sheets-A4.pdf and -Letter.pdf: 4 blank pages (devices and backups, check log, recovery checklist, the 3-2-1 idea)
• examples/: the example household as a backup file and 4 example lists as CSV (5 files)
• LICENSES.txt and WHAT_YOU_GET.txt

IMPORTANT BEFORE BUYING
• This is a digital download. Nothing is shipped.
• BackupFlow does not run, copy, verify or recover backups, and it cannot see whether a backup ran. You check; it keeps the plan and the dates.
• It never asks for passwords and warns you if a note looks like one.
• No subscription and no account. The app runs on your device and uploads nothing. It connects to no calendar or storage service: you import the calendar file yourself, and download it again after changes.
• English only. Your plan does not sync between devices; move it with the backup file.
• For personal use. Please don't resell or share the files.
• The app, its logo and the texts were made as code with the help of an AI coding assistant. No AI image generators were used.
