Catch the little file mistakes before buyers do. Before you upload a product, FileCheck looks at the names and sizes of your files and points out system files, wrong types, oversized files, version words, near-duplicate names and characters that break links.

WHAT IT CHECKS
• Errors: hidden or system files (.DS_Store, Thumbs.db, __MACOSX), a type you do not deliver, a file over your size limit, more files than your limit
• Warnings: version words (final, copy, v2, new, old, draft, (1)), the same name with other capitals, spaces and link-breaking characters, an upper-case extension
• A cleaner name for each file and a copyable rename list

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Choose files or a whole folder, or paste a list. Only names and sizes are read; the files are not opened and nothing is uploaded
• Type your own limits: most files per listing, largest file size, the file types you deliver
• Tick the files you attach and get Ready, Ready with N warnings or Not ready, plus a one-ZIP size estimate
• Print the report, save it as PDF from the print window, copy it as text or download it as CSV; backup file and CSV import
