2027 Cleaning Business App, House Cleaning Price Calculator, Cleaning Quote & Estimate, Client List, Schedule, Income Tracker

Seller's description

A premium cleaning business app for house cleaners: price any home in seconds, keep every client and cleaning in one place, send PDF quotes with your logo and see what you really earn. New 2027 Edition, made to look and feel like a real app.

TRY THE FREE PRICE CALCULATOR FIRST (tap it or copy it into your browser):
https://homebizpaperwork.com/apps/demo/lumivo-cleaner/
The calculator works for free, and you can open every other screen too. Saving clients, cleanings and quotes is what the full app unlocks.

I made Lumivo Cleaner for cleaners who run their own business and are tired of quoting on a napkin. You set your own hourly rate, your pay and your discounts once. After that every quote, profit number and chart uses your numbers, not someone else's.

WHAT'S INSIDE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Dashboard: booked this month, a monthly goal, a profit gauge, upcoming cleanings and 6 months of income
• Price calculator: home size, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition and extras (fridge, oven, windows, laundry and more). Price, time on site and profit update live
• Price by frequency: one-time, monthly, every 4 weeks, bi-weekly and weekly with your own discounts
• Clients: address, price, how often, next visit and notes (like where the key is)
• Schedule: a week calendar of cleanings with time, address and price. Tick them off as you go
• Quotes: fill in the client and service and download a clean PDF quote with your business name and logo
• Income: income by month, top clients and where the money went (pay, supplies, travel, profit). CSV export
• Settings: I work alone or I have cleaners, your rates, travel fee, minimum price and discounts
• 3 color themes: Teal Night, Silver Frost and Violet + Lime
• Google Drive sync: use it on your phone and your computer with your own Google Drive
• Backup file and works offline after the first open

WORKS ON
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• iPhone and Android: open the link, then Add to Home Screen. It opens like a normal app.
• Computer: Chrome, Safari or Edge on Mac or Windows.
• One order unlocks up to 3 devices: your phone browser, the home-screen app and your computer.

HOW IT WORKS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. After purchase, download the START HERE PDF.
2. Tap the link inside and type your Etsy order number once to unlock the app.
3. Add it to your home screen.
4. Set your rates in Settings, then quote your first home.
5. Optional: connect your Google Drive to use it on your phone and computer.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
YOUR DATA
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Everything saves on your device first. If you connect Google Drive, the app keeps one small file in a hidden app folder of your own Drive. I never see your clients or numbers. No account with me, no subscription, no ads.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
PERSONAL LICENSE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
One purchase is for you and your own cleaning business. Please don't share the app link or resell it. Thank you for supporting a small shop.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
PLEASE NOTE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• This is a digital download (a PDF with your app link). Nothing will be shipped.
• It is a web app that runs in your browser, not an App Store or Google Play app.
• It does not send notifications or text your clients.
• Lumivo Cleaner is a business tool, not tax or legal advice.
• Due to the digital nature of the product, I don't accept returns, but message me and I will help with any issue.
