Can I return or exchange a planner?

Every planner is an instant digital download, so returns and exchanges aren't possible. If a file doesn't open or something doesn't work as described, send us a message on Etsy and we'll fix it or help you right away.

How do I download my files?

Right after payment Etsy emails you a download link. You can also find the files any time in your Etsy account: You > Purchases and reviews. Start with the START HERE guide (PDF): it shows which file to open and has a one-click Google Sheets copy for every look.

Which apps does it work with?

Google Sheets (a one-click copy from the START HERE guide), Microsoft Excel on Windows and Mac, Apple Numbers on Mac, iPhone and iPad, and the Envelo app for any computer and phone that works without the internet. Every file comes in 4 looks and 10 languages, plus a separate right-to-left Arabic file.

Can I share or resell the files?

The planners are for your personal and household use. Please don't resell, share or publish the files or the app, offer them for free, or use them as a base for another product. Buying a planner does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

Where is my data stored?

In your own file: your Google Drive copy, your Excel or Numbers file, or the app on your device. The app is Protected by ZeroUpload: it works on your device, and your entries are never uploaded. We never see your numbers.

Which files do I get?
