Can I return or exchange a product?

Every product is an instant digital download, so returns and exchanges aren't possible. If a file doesn't open or something doesn't work as described, send us a message on Etsy and we'll fix it or help you right away.

How do I download my files?

Right after payment Etsy emails you a download link. You can also find the files any time in your Etsy account: You > Purchases and reviews. Most products come with a START HERE guide (PDF) that shows which file to open; planners also have a one-click Google Sheets copy for every look. Workbooks are PDF files, ready to print.

Which apps do the planners work with?

Google Sheets (a one-click copy from the START HERE guide), Microsoft Excel on Windows and Mac, Apple Numbers on Mac, iPhone and iPad, and the Envelo app for any computer and phone that works without the internet. Every planner comes in 4 looks and 10 languages, plus a separate right-to-left Arabic file.

Can I share or resell the files?

Our products are for your own use, and workbooks also for your class. Please don't resell or share the files or the apps, offer them for free, or use them as a base for another product. Buying a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

Where is my data stored?

In your own file: your Google Drive copy, your Excel or Numbers file, or the app on your device. The planner app is Protected by ZeroUpload: it works on your device, and your entries are never uploaded. Our offline calculators and tools also keep your numbers on your device. We never see your numbers.

Which files do I get with a planner?

Everything in one planner purchase: Google Sheets (a one-click private copy for each look), Microsoft Excel files for Windows and Mac, Apple Numbers files for Mac, iPhone and iPad, an Arabic right-to-left edition, and the app: an HTML file that opens in any browser on any computer, plus a link to install it on your phone. It works without internet and is Protected by ZeroUpload. Every planner comes in 4 looks (Night, Garden, Pastel, Emerald) and 10 languages, with your empty planner and a filled Example. A START HERE guide shows which file to open.

Which files do I get with other products?

Handwriting workbooks: PDF files to print at home, in A4 and Letter. Websites for celebrations, pets and memories: a builder that opens in your browser, a START HERE guide and a guide to putting your site online for free. Calculators and tools: offline apps that open in your browser. Party games: they open in a browser. Design assets: SVG and PNG files. Each listing says what is inside.
