Office Secret Santa Kit Set Up for Your Team, Names Drawn for You, Wish Lists, Rules Card, Printable PDF in 24 Hours

This office Secret Santa kit is set up for your team with names drawn for you, private slips and wish lists. Send us your team list and we do the rest. We draw the names at random (nobody gets themselves, and we keep any "don't pair" rules like couples), then build a ready-to-print kit with your team name, budget and exchange date on everything: private fold-over slips, wish-list cards with each person's name, gift tags and a friendly rules card. You also get one private PDF per person to email or message. Made to order by Keepsake Depot and delivered within 24 hours.

━━ WHAT YOU GET ━━
• Random draw done for you, for 4 to 40 people, keeping your "don't pair" rules
• Private fold-over slips (the name is printed on the fold-under half)
• A zip with one private PDF per person, to email or message individually
• A wish-list card for each person, with their name filled in
• "To / From your Secret Santa" gift tags for everyone
• A rules card with your budget, exchange date and drop-off note
• Organizer copy with a sealed master list, only for emergencies
• US Letter and A4 PDFs

━━ WHAT TO TYPE IN THE PERSONALIZATION BOX ━━
• Team or event name (example: Brightside Secret Santa 2026)
• Budget (example: $25)
• Exchange date (example: Friday, December 18)
• Everyone's first names, 4 to 40 (add a last initial if two people share a name)
• Pairs who shouldn't draw each other (optional, example: Jo and Marcus)
• A drop-off note (optional, example: break room by 10 am)
First names are fine. You can paste the list straight from an email. If something is unclear, we will message you through Etsy before we start.

━━ DELIVERY WITHIN 24 HOURS ━━
This is a made-to-order digital item. After you check out, we run the draw, build your kit and deliver within 24 hours. You receive the organizer and participant files in US Letter and A4, plus a zip of private slips. Delivery: Etsy sends you an email when your files are ready. Download them on a computer or phone browser from You > Purchases > Download Files (the Etsy app does not download files).

━━ HOW TO PRINT ━━
Print at home or at a print shop at 100% / "Actual size". Use cardstock or thicker paper for the slips so names don't show through. Cut along the dotted lines, fold each slip in half and tape it closed.

━━ GOOD TO KNOW ━━
• If you print the slips yourself, the names are on the page you print, so fold them without reading, or use the private PDFs instead.
• Someone dropped out or joined late? Message us and we redraw for free.
• Fun for every workplace: no brands, nothing that isn't work-friendly.

━━ GREAT FOR ━━
Offices, remote teams (send the private PDFs), classrooms of grown-ups, clubs, friend groups and big families.

━━ PLEASE NOTE ━━
• Digital file only. No physical item will be shipped.
• Colors may look a little different on screen and on paper.
• For personal use. Please don't resell or share the files.
• Because each file is made for you, we can't offer refunds once it has been delivered. If anything is wrong or you'd like a small change, message us and we'll fix it for free.
