Life Admin System Google Sheets, Bill and Subscription Tracker, Home Maintenance Schedule, Document Organizer, Household Planner

Seller's description

One Google Sheet for the things you keep track of in your head: bills, subscriptions, home upkeep, the car, where the passport is, warranties, checkups, and the people you call when something breaks. The Dashboard lists everything due in the next two weeks, soonest first.

What's inside
- Dashboard: what your bills cost each month and each year, how many subscriptions you marked to review, how many things are late, and a dated list of what's coming up
- Inbox: write down whatever's on your mind, say where it belongs, and give it a do-by date if it has one
- Bills and subscriptions: amount, how often, autopay, a cancel-by date, and a Keep, Review or Cancel column. Next due dates move forward on their own
- Home: 18 upkeep jobs already listed, like changing the furnace filter and cleaning the dryer vent. Type when you last did one and the sheet works out the next date
- Car: oil changes, registration, inspection and more, by date and by mileage
- Documents: where the passport, birth certificates, car title and will are kept, and when anything expires
- Warranties: when you bought it, when the warranty ends, and a link to the receipt or manual
- Health: checkups, cleanings and shots for each person and pet, with the next due date
- People: the plumber, the vet, the babysitter and everyone else you call, and if you'd hire them again

Late things turn red. Tabs you leave empty stay out of the way, so use only what you need.

This isn't a password manager. Keep passwords and full account numbers out of it.
