How do I download my files?

After payment, Etsy shows a download link on the confirmation page and sends it by email. You can also find your files any time under You > Purchases on the Etsy website. Downloads work best on a computer or in a phone browser rather than the Etsy app.

What sizes are included?

It depends on the set. Many include US Letter and A4 PDFs, and card sets and journal kits may also include JPG or PNG files. Each listing lists the exact files and sizes.

Can I print at a print shop?

Yes. You can print at home or at a local print shop for your own personal use.

Can I share or resell the files?

The files are for personal use only. Please don't share, resell or redistribute them. The Yule Clipart listing has its own small commercial use terms in its description.

What if a file doesn't open or something is missing?

Message me and I'll fix it or send you a new copy. Because these are digital files, returns aren't accepted, but I'll always help sort out a problem with a file.

Which items are shipped and which are digital?

Printables (tarot, grimoire pages, journals and kits) are instant digital downloads, so nothing is posted. Mugs, tees and greeting card packs are physical items, printed to order and shipped to your door. Estimated delivery is shown on each listing at checkout.

What if my mug, tee or cards arrive damaged?

Send me a message with a photo within 14 days of delivery and I'll send you a free replacement. As each item is made to order, I don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, but faulty or damaged items are always replaced.
