**NEW CUSTOMISATION AVAILABLE** - You can now choose to have a custom spine detail! We will cover the spine with a vinyl overlay and add your chosen wording in a beautiful gold or silver vinyl! This could be your own quirky phrase, the names of the recipients, or your special date - whatever you like!* Simply select the colour option under the Personalised spine option and make sure to mention your wording in the personalisation box along with what you'd like folding.
*this needs to be kept as short as possible for best visual effect - too many words will have to be done in a smaller font and over 2 lines which will make it difficult to read from a distance so short and snappy is best! - if we are unable to fit your wording onto the spine we may have to contact you to discuss an alternative phrase/wording. If we're unable to source a black book a coloured book will be wrapped in black vinyl.

If standard book is selected your chosen numbers will be folded into one of our standard generic hardback novels and the spine will be left in its original form.

Each book is created using a preloved generic hard back novel or leather effect condensed novel and stands at an average height of 8-10 inches tall, the width varies based on the design. These are adult books and contain adult themes, please let us know if this book will be gifted to a child so we can cover the spine for you and fold every page to prevent the content being read. If this is not suitable please get in touch before ordering so we can discuss book options with you.

Yes! Provided the book is available in hardback and is available and has no illustrated pages we can fold the following

250-300 pages 1-3 letters (including & symbol) on a single line

350-400 pages 1-6 letters (excluding & symbol)

450-500 pages 1-8 letters (including the & symbol)

650+ pages 8-11 letters (including the & symbol)

750+ pages for double lined designs like the initials with date design.

The price of the book, unless provided by you, would be added to the order. Please note that this is a guideline for best effectiveness, feel free to contact us to discuss a specific books page count as we may still be able to work with a book depending on your chosen wording.

In the U.K :- Orders will be sent via Royal Mail and once dispatched will arrive within 1-2 working days for express delivery and 3 working days for standard delivery, please note Royal Mail reserve the right to take upto 5 working days to deliver and during peak times of the year further delays may occur.

Outside the U.K - Orders once dispatched should arrive within 15 working days, items are usually delivered by the local postal service (USPS, Canada Mail, Australia post etc) Please note international delivery agents reserve the right to take upto 25 working days to deliver should they need to and during peak times of the year further delays may occur.

The books used are usually preloved generic hardbacked preloved novels. As the focus of each piece should be on the folded pages rather the title, the books used are of a generic theme, we will always try to avoid offensive titles but if you feel a particular genre or storyline would be deemed as offensive or upsetting to your recipient please discuss this with us BEFORE ordering and we will be sure to avoid this.

From around the 15th of November international shipping is suspended. This is due to our turnaround time being 3-4 weeks at this time of year and then added delays with international shipping companies at this time of year means we are unable to guarantee Christmas delivery to countries outside the UK after the 15th November. If however you are happy to take a gamble with this or happy to receive your item after Christmas then please message us and we can take your order.

If you already have an order with us you can find your estimated delivery date on your order confirmation email or by visiting the 'your purchases' section of your Etsy profile. We ask all customers to expect to receive their orders by the latest date stated, not the earliest to save disappointment, as we are often working at the later point of our processing time. Please also be advised these are only estimates made up by Etsy using our current processing time added to their estimated average delivery times, so should there be any delays in the delivery network your order may take longer to arrive. As all our pieces are custom made to order, all sales are final and are exempt from refund.

If however, there is a problem with your order we will of course work with you to find a solution.

In the unlikely event we make a mistake with your order, or it is damaged in transit, we will repair the item or replace it if it is beyond repair. The order will need to be returned to us.

If your item is unfortunately lost we will happily replace the item, provided the tracking proves the item is undelivered and it has been confirmed as missing by the postal network, which can take upto 25 working days after dispatch. We ask that you check your property and with neighbours and your local post office before contacting us to speed up this process.
