I never actually received this gorgeous spice rack however this was no fault at all by this business. Unfortunately Etsy now make their UK costumers pay custom fees and do not tell you this! Laurent has been so kind and helpful throughout and has looked into this for me. Because I was so excited about receiving this spice rack I paid the custom fee but unfortunately never received the spice rack, again no fault at all of Laurent's. I am really sad that I cannot support small businesses and even more sad that I don't get to enjoy this lovely spice rack. But I just cannot afford to pay another £42 custom fee again to maybe not even receive it. This is why I am not giving poor feedback because they were so helpful and quick to get back to me every time regardless of me not receiving my product. Etsy need to sort this out.
