Please make sure your Paypal address is correct, as that is the one I ship to. You are responsible to make sure that your PayPal address is updated, complete and correct. Be sure to include apt or unit #. If your address is wrong or incomplete you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost to reship.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs back and the package should have a tracking number (please give the seller a track number). Items must be unused and in the original condition. Also, items must be sent back in their packing boxes.
Only after I receive the parcel back.I will return you the item’s price. The shipping cost is not refundable.
• If the parcel was late to a specific date and the item is not actual for you, please REFUSE of parcel when the postman will bring it. In this case the postal service will send unclaimed parcel back to me. I'll refund you item’s price only after I'll see a mark "return to sender" on tracking page. ( ! and you will not need to pay for the return shipping)

• I very reliably pack all the products. But if the parcel arrived to you in a damaged condition, please, before you receive the package, file a complaint with the post office and take a photo of the damage, this will help you get compensation for damage. The Postal Service is responsible for the safe delivery of the parcel, and also reimburses all damages.
• If your package is lost in transit.
Please, bear in mind that most cases of lost shipments can be resolved positively, shipments are found and delivered if both sides, buyer and seller cooperate. Usually it is enough if the recipient contacts the local post's customer service to ask about shipment whereabouts providing them the tracking number.

IMPORTANT!!! Before Christmas, the delivery time can be extended by 15-20 days for all countries, in connection with the increase in the workload of postal services.
