What color of ink do you offer? What sizes of labels do you offer?

I can print in either black, white, red, blue, gold, or silver ink. I have six sizes of label that I offer. Small Labels measure 22mm x 9mm (0.875" x 0.375"). Medium Labels measure 30mm x 15mm (1.1875" x 0.5625"). Long Labels measure 47mm x 15mm (1.85" x 0.5625"). Most popular size for full names and business names. Large labels are 45mm x 25mm (1.77" x 0.98"). X-Large Labels measure 50mm x 30mm (2"× 1.1875") Circle Labels measure 30mm in diameter. (1.1875")

Can I split my order between two or more names?

We are unable to split a set of labels into multiple names. We can only print one name per set of labels. We do offer single sheet sets of most labels. You can order multiple names in a single transaction by adding an instance of the listing for each name or text you would like printed to your cart. You will be surprised by all the useful applications of our labels!

Where is my tracking number? How can I look it up?

The tracking number is sent to your email with the shipping notification. You can also view your tracking number in the Purchases and Reviews section of your profile. Free Shipping is only trackable via Etsy. Your order will arrive in a 5" x 7" bright yellow envelope at your mailbox. Though the order is carried by USPS, it is not tracked on the USPS website. All upgrade USPS shipping methods and orders over $35 are trackable on both Etsy and USPS websites.

Will all your labels work on fabrics?

Only my Fabric Labels work on clothing. You can use my waterproof labels on clothing temporarily. The adhesive is strong on the labels and will hold on fabric during light use. When in the wash the waterproof label will easily come off. They are not intended for long term use on fabrics. My fabric labels can be ironed or sewn on and can be found in the Fabric Labels Section.

What is your turn around time on orders? What shipping methods do you offer?

Please check the current processing time when you order. Processing may differ depending on order volume. Free Shipping arrives in 3-8 business days and is not recommended for time sensitive orders. Tracking for this shipping method is provided by Etsy First Class Parcel arrives in 2-6 business days and includes tracking through USPS. Priority Mail arrives in 1-3 business days and includes tracking through USPS. Priority Express arrives in 1-2 business days and includes tracking through USPS. The cost of shipping is only to pay for shipping.

Can I preview my text in all the available fonts? Can I use emojis?

Yes, you can get a live preview your text in all our available fonts at the following link. https://hanprinting.com/products/fontpreview You can also see the font options is in the last photo of each listing. Sorry but we do not print emojis. We do offer a limited selection of icons such as heart, star, lips, and a butterfly. For custom logos or fonts please message us with you logo or font.

Are these labels waterproof/dishwasher safe.

All of our labels are waterproof and great for everyday use. If you choose to use our labels in the dishwasher we recommend top-rack only, away from direct water spray, and no heated drying. If water is able to contact the adhesive they will fail. Different surfaces will have differing degrees of success. If there are any creases or wrinkles, water can get behind the label and dissolve the adhesive. If the label is placed on a highly curved area or a surface such as rubber, polypropylene, neoprene, silicone, powder-coated; they can be compromised by water. These labels are only waterproof if water hasn't been allowed to reach the adhesive. If you have any issues with our labels please contact us. We are always willing to help.

What should I do if my order has the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately! We only ship to the address provided on the invoice. We will cancel the order and you will need to repurchase with the correct address. According to Etsy policy, Sellers are not responsible for non-delivery of an order if the address is incorrect. If the order is returned to us, Buyers are responsible for shipping.

What should I do if my order didn't arrive?

If your order was marked as delivered it should be in your mailbox. The order will be in either a 5"x7" Bright Yellow Envelope (Free Shipping), 6"x8" White Rigid Envelope (First Class Parcel), or USPS Priority Mailer. Since all of our envelopes are very thin, many times the order has gotten stuck between other pieces or mail, magazines, ads, and such. Often times the order has been received by a family member. We have noticed sometimes the free shipping envelopes will be marked as delivered but received by the customer a few days later. Please allow at least three business days for the order to be received. This is dependent on your local mail service.

• Labels measure 30mm x 15mm (1.1875" x 0.5625").

• One set comes with 24 labels in total. All text printed with black ink.
• Each label comes with a different girl themed icon. Icons are predetermined.

• Labels can fit 1 or 2 lines of text. Each line can fit up to 10 characters. If your text is over 8 characters, we may print as two lines or we may print one line. It depends on the font style and characters in the requested text.

• We print all text exactly as requested in the Personalization Box including upper and lower case characters. Text size differs depending on amount of characters and size of labels. More characters have smaller text size. We size all text to be the best use of space and aesthetically pleasing. Please let me know if you need specific text measurements. The font option number only correlates to font design. It does not correlate to font size.

• We print one text/name per set. Multiple names require multiple orders.

• We can print all Non-English languages. We print in Font 4 for languages other than English. This is Arial/Helvetica font

These are custom sticker for all your labeling purposes. They are great from School Supplies, Daycare, Camp, Home Organization, Cosmetics, or any use you can think of. Make your belongings special!

❤️How to apply fabric labels❤️
1. Preheat the iron to medium/High setting.
2. Place label on fabric that is clean, dry, and can be ironed.
3. Place a layer of thin fabric over the label.
4. Press and rub iron over with moderate pressure.
5. Ensure all edges are adhered well to the fabric. Press a couple more times if needed.
6. For a successful seal, ensure the label has taken on the texture of the fabric.

🎀 If you don't want to permanently attach the label or want to attach it more securely, you can simply machine sew over it!

These labels are only good for fabrics which can be ironed. These are not stickers with adhesive. These labels are not made of fabric.

Tumble dry on low. Stickers may fade after many wash and dry cycles. Don’t iron labels on clothing tags (will fall off after washing)
If labels peel off after wash, try to iron again. It should reattach.
