When Will My Order Ship?

Each item is handmade upon ordering. Standard turn around time is 7-10 business days unless stated otherwise in the listing.

What if I Need My Order Faster?

I understand that things come up and sometimes you will need your order faster than the suggested turn around time. While I do include faster shipping options at check out, if you need your order by a certain date, please message me prior to ordering and include your need by date and zip code or city/state. I do not offer rush service during peak holiday seasons, between September 1st and December 31st.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom and personalized orders are not available for return, refund or exchange. If there is a problem with your order upon delivery, please contact me via Etsy messaging within 48 hours including photos of the product.

How long does it take to respond to messages?

Messages are returned with 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Pacific time. In order to comply with Etsy's Star Seller program, auto responses will be set up even during stated business hours.

Each mask is made with quality Eco felt or marine vinyl on the front, embroidered, with Eco Felt on the back. The mask has 2 holes for elastic cord to go through, 10"-12" black, barbed elastic.

All items are made as ordered, please see FAQs section for current turn around time. All items are handmade in a smoke-free, pet-friendly home.

Care instructions
Most of my items are created with Eco Felt or vinyl. If items get dirty, I recommend spot cleaning with cold water and letting air dry.
I have machine washed masks, games pieces and boards (that are felt only front and back) and have even machine dried them, some pilling will occur and items may loose some of their shape/stiffness.
