Highlights

The "Kathy" first Halloween outfit is made with layers of orange tulle. This set includes options for a white bodysuit with "My First Halloween" and a pumpkin character. Our tutus are made on a ribbon-tie waistband that ties and unties at the bow for a custom fit.
