Etsy can take a few minutes to process your payment. Once your payment has cleared your download link will be active.

You will receive a download link on the last page of your checkout. Etsy will also email the download link to your email address on file with Etsy. You may also download the file under "Purchases and Reviews" located in your Etsy account.

The files will be saved to a folder as directed by your browser's settings. Usually to a folder marked as "Downloads" or to a location that you entered when prompted to save. Since every browser is different I cannot tell you where your files were saved on your computer. You will have to know where they were downloaded to.

You must first unzip the folder that the files were downloaded in. (See instructions that were included with your download). Then open, import, or upload your files from within your particular cutting software.

This doesn't happen often but sometimes problems can arise during downloading. Your files may be download again from your purchased items in Etsy at any time. Users of Silhouette Studio having this problem after re-downloading may need to update their software to the latest version. This is a known issue with Silhouette Studio.

To use SVG with Silhouette you must have upgraded to the "Silhouette Studio Designer Edition" of the software. "Silhouette Studio Basic Edition" will only work with DXF files.

Normally no, not once the files have been downloaded. I will work with you on any issues you have and resend the files through email if needed. Please make sure before purchasing that your machine is compatible.

- Whether or not you have unzipped the files.
- What software you are using to open them and what version of the software.
- MAC or PC
- The steps you have taken so far and any error message you have received.
