Yes! I have at least one or two map options for EVERY location in the world, and for most locations I have many options. Map scales and appearances vary but since I use mainly the same series you can get a good idea of what you can expect from looking at my listings and the examples in them.

Yes -- you can request any text changes or a different typeface for any design and we will send a proof for you to review!

Your timely reply to your proof email with approval is the biggest factor! Here is how long it takes us to process your order:

DESIGN - 3-5 business days
PRINTING - unframed prints will ship within 1-3 business days
FRAMING (if applicable) - 7-12 business days
CANVAS (if applicable) - 3-7 business days
+ shipping time (standard USPS is 3-5 days)

So unframed orders take about 3-5 business days if art is approved quickly.
Framed and canvas orders take about an additional week.

RUSH options:
DESIGN - 1 business day (weekends and holidays not included)
CANVAS - Next day production
SHIPPING 2-day, 3-day, overnight

Not unless you specifically added a frame. Please read the listing description carefully because some listings have framing as a built in option and some do not. You can always add a frame with the ADD ON listing.

Yes! Almost all of the art in my shop can be customized. Please send me a message about a specific request, but for most orders you can simply leave a note at checkout and I will send a proof with the updates.

At this time I am getting so many orders that I can just barely keep up -- which is such a blessing, but it is tricky to manage the ~50-80 conversations per day! Instead of calling, please message or email me (hopefully after reading the FAQ and details of the listing you purchased, where most questions are answered!)

I really appreciate all of my customers and I do my best to reply as fast as possible, but communicating via email/messages is best so that I can take care of things in the right order.

Check our our reviews and you will see that this is a very rare occurrence. We will revise your art until you're happy, and there are usually many map options for each location! In the very unlikely event that you are unhappy we will refund all but $25 (to cover the time already spent creating your personalized art).

Yes most orders can be but for framed orders there is a fee because it is much more expensive. Please see the shipping upgrade for PO Boxes if you are shipping a framed print to one. Your PO box must also be able to receive a large package.
