CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED ORDERS

PebbleArtDream accepts custom orders. When you complete your custom or made to order request, payment will be required in full. Only after full payment I will start to make the piece. The item will be made within 5 to 10 days, depending on the request and my current work load. So, within 5 to 10 days, I will send you a photos for approval. After your approval I will ship the item within 1-3 working days . Custom order sales are considered final (no returns or exchanges, except for if they were lost or damaged in transit).

IMPORTANT !!! PLEASE NOTE: Due to disruptions due to the extraordinary situation we all find ourselves in and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date. Rest assured I’ll keep you updated along the way as I get new information from the carrier. All products are shipped via registered air mail with tracking information available. Registered mail Is one of the most reliable and safe ways of shipping and always requires signature upon delivery. If you are not at home, the postal carrier must leave a notice that your package is available for pick up from the post office. IMPORTANT: If a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to the sender

For upgraded EXPRESS SHIPPING by courier, please send a message. Upgraded express shipping is available at additional cost, if you would like to add it please contact me before you purchase. Express shipping delivery time depends on destination : 2-5 business days (Mon - Fri)

If a package is returned to me due to one of the following reasons: - incorrect address/ undeliverable package - unclaimed package (it was not picked up from the post office after you were left a notice to do ) You will be refunded the cost of the product MINUS shipping cost If you choose your order to be resent to you, you will need to pay for shipping, and you will receive an invoice for it.

Items lost in transit

For items went missing in transit or for any other issue with your order, please message me! I will do my best to locate your order with the shipping carrier or I will offer a replacement or a refund. - A package is not considered lost before at least 60 working days have passed. (per Bulgarian Posts carrier policy) - Packages with tracking info that shows the item was delivered and signed for are not considered lost and will be further followed up and investigated for mistakes or incorrect info, provided by the carrier. Items demaged in transit

I wrap my products very carefully so that it arrives safely to you, but If your order was damaged during delivery, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. For a refund to be issued for a faulty or damaged product I will request a photo of it ! In case of a damaged product I will refund you the price of the purchased product, or provide a replacement (at your choice).

Unique birds wall art made of genuine sea glass in beautiful colors. A great gift for birthday, new home housewarming gift or for any bird lover. Suitable for nursery, bedroom, living room or bathroom decor.

Made of genuine sea glass, pebbles and dry twig found by me on the beaches near Varna, Black Sea coast.

Size:
31.5 cm x 21.5 cm / approx 12.4" x 8.5" /

The materials have been arranged on white canvas panel, framed with a white matting and custom made wooden frame. You can choose between three frame colors : a dark brown color, beige color or gray color / with a slight blue tint/. The beige and the gray frames are in vintage style /distressed/. The frames are handmade and hand painted.
The picture is ready to hang on the wall.

The artwork is not cover in glass in order to best showcase 3D effect of images and the natural beauty of each element. But, If you'd like, a glass could be added at an additional cost. In this case, please select an option "covered frame".
The depth of the open frame is 1,5 cm / 0.59 in/. The depth of the covered frame is 2 cm / 0.79 in/.

!! ALL ORDERS TO UNITED STATES ARE SHIPPED DDP / DELIVERED DUTI PAID/. This means the price you see already includes all import duties and customs fees. You will not be charged any extra fees on delivery – the price you pay at checkout is final !!

I loved my picture made from Antoinette!! Looking even better in reality! It arrived amazingly carefully packed and on perfect condition !!
