Thanks for visiting my shop! Building high quality cable railing systems and handrails is all we do.
Everything is made here in the shop. From design, fabricating, powder coating, wood working, top rails, and custom cable cutting and fitting.
Surface mount cable railing posts are 2"x2" 1/4” wall square aluminum tubing with pre drilled holes for cables. 3/8” thick, 4x4” Base plates and top rail plates are fully welded with no visible weld, and then powder coat painted.
We fabricate, weld, and powder coat everything in the shop.
Black posts are typically ready to ship. Other colors are available as well. Oil rubbed bronze, White, Silver, Gray, etc..
Just send a simple layout sketch with the rough measurements and a pic of the space. I’ll figure out whats all needed and send you an itemized quote for everything needed to complete the entire cable railing system.
These are code 36.5" tall with the top rail mounted. I also fabricate 42” for areas that need 42” code rails.
***The cables and fittings we sell separately***
We use what has worked the best. Machine swaged, not hand swaged. High quality, ease of use, and best appearance. It’s very important to use high quality anchor and tensioner fittings for a cable railing system that will last forever- and be maintenance free.
The way the system works, is to first send you the posts and top rails with all the necessary lag bolts and screws... After you install, you'll send the exact measurements from end post to end post for the length of the cables needed.
We will then cut your cables to your exact lengths you’ve sent, then swage fit both ends of the cable with the required end fittings.
The fittings are machine hydraulic swaged to the ends of the cable for a perfect- completely secure fit. No slide lock fittings.
No cutting and hand fitting onsite will be necessary.
I UPS them out to you in a quick turnaround time. Usually a day or two. This makes it simple for you to just slide the cables through the predrilled holes, slip the tensioner sleeves in the anchor/tension post, and wind up the tension with the supplied tool.
This saves you a lot of time, aggrevation, and guess work on your part.
I can custom design and build a railing from your simple sketch, and some rough measurements. A few pics of your railing space will help too.
Because of certain variables of a railing system,I do not list all the parts needed here, so please send me a message with your needs so I can design and send you an itemized quote for what’s all needed.
Thank you!
