Materials: Quilted, Fleece, Waterproof

These winter coats are made to order and are cut to fit the shape of your greyhound, sighthound ,whippet or Italian greyhound. There are made with Quilted 2oz wadding onto 4oz waterproof polyester and are fully lined with quality polar fleece.
With it’s long fleece neck Designed to go over your hounds head and fasten with an adjustable Velcro belt on the waist.
Coats are machine washable at 30 without detergent.

As these coats are custom made to your requirements ,they therefore cannot be returned. I ask you to please don’t order unless you have measured as per the instructions. All brands are made different so don’t of with a coat you already have, as if it’s not one off mine it will NOT fit.

A harness hole can be added to the coats at no extra cost if required.I will need to know how far down from the base of neck you need it to be. This can be added to the notes to the seller at checkout.

How to Measure your Hound :
For a perfect fitting fleece lined quilted coat see pictures above to help you with this.

Length:
With the dog standing, using a cloth measuring tape, ( NOT METAL) take the length of your hounds back from the base of the neck along the spine to over the hind quarters to where you want the coat to sit, THIS IS THE SIZE OF COAT YOU WILL ORDER.

Chest:
For the chest size, measure from the spine down one side to the bottom of the deepest part of the chest, use the guide below. If chest size is different please let me know in the note to sellers at the checkout and I will make the chest to your required size. If no chest size is given,the coat will be made to the sizes listed below.

🐾How to Measure your whippet
For a perfect fitting coat 🐾

With the whippet standing, using a cloth measuring tape, take the length of your whippet from the nape of the neck (between the dog's shoulders) along the spine, over the tail to as far over the bum as to where you want the coat to sit. Use the the chest sizes above as a guide.To check the chest size is suitable for your hound.Measure from the spine down one side to where you want the coat to sit.(THEN DOUBLE IT).If the sizes above are to big or not big enough let me know and I will adjust it to fit.

Our greyhound receive a coat from a whippet friend made by this same company to wear when he was a puppy. Now that he’s grown, we came back to order a big-boy greyhound coat! It was a tough call - we couldn’t decide between tartan and bunny fleece! We opted for navy w black/blue tartan! A bit of warm weather means he hasn’t had a chance to wear it yet!

I've had the coat for a couple of weeks now and it's fab. My lurcher is warm and dry. Other dog walkers have commented how smart and well made it looks and I totally agree. The coat was made to my dog's exact measurements including where I required the harness hole. Very pleased.
