Our security cords are designed to be used with all types of hearing devices:

For Hearing Aids and Cochlear Implants:
A durable silicone band secures around the main body of the hearing aid or cochlear implant, and on the other side of the cord is a clip that attaches to a shirt collar. There is also an adjustment tube on the cord that helps keeps the device snug to the head so they don't flop forward (2-Sided cord only).

For the Baha/Ponto/Rondo:
The Baha/Ponto/Rondo attachment uses a small fishing line attached to a lobster claw which clips onto our adjustable loop cord. Since the cord is adjustable it can also be looped around the elastic band on the Baha or Ponto, or it can be attached to the protective silicone cover of the Rondo. All cords are approximately 9.5" long from top of clip to bottom of silicone band. Other lengths are available upon request. Consider the cut of the shirt that your child typically wears (i.e. a summer dress with a scoop neck may require a little extra length).

• The Micro Bands are for Micro Hearing Aids (M.H.A.)- Available upon request
• The Smaller bands are for Hearing Aids (H.A.)
• The Larger bands are for Cochlear Implants (C.I.)
• Bi-modal option available (1 H.A. and 1 C.I.)
• Adjustable loops slip around the tube of the Hearing Aid and adjusts tight or may be loosened. This option does not have the silicone bands.
• 1 & 2 Sided cords available.
• For Baha/Ponto/Rondo, please order an adjustable loop cord as well as the Baha/Ponto/Rondo attachment, which is a separate listing.

A plastic clip or a fleece lined metal clip are available upon request. The most durable option is the stainless steel clip which comes standard. The plastic clips are not as durable (some may break with heavy use), but may be preferred for little ones. We guarantee all products are free from defects up to 90 days.

**In addition, all parts on the cord have also been tested to comply with CPSIA. (Lead Free and Cadmium Free).**

Children under the age of 3 years old should be supervised by an adult as the cord contains small pieces.
