Measure yourself over the undergarments you plan to wear & not over your clothing.
*Remember, always give yourself room to move in garment*

CHEST: measure over the fullest part of your chest. Women do this while wearing your bra.

WAIST: measure around the smallest point of your waist where it naturally curves in.

HIP: measure around the absolute fullest part of your hips (the seat of your bum)

LENGTH: measure from the top of your shoulder, where a normal shoulder seam would lie, down the front, to the point where garment will end at the hem.
