How do I print my printable artwork files?

There are 3 main ways to print your artwork: • Print from your home or office • Email your files to a local print shop, like Staples, Costco or Kinkos • Upload your files online, like Shutterfly.com, Mpix.com or Snapfish.com

Can I get a printable file in another size?

Contact me with your dimensions & I'll let you know if it can be adjusted to your preferred print size. I do resizing for additional cost.

Do you do customizations?

Yes, I do customizations for additional cost.

What type of ink do you use to print pillow covers?

We use genuine Brother GT-3, water based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

Instant downloads: due to the nature of digital items, I am unable to offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges. Digital items are not tangible items that can be sent back to me, so please make sure to read the listing details and my Shop Policies to make sure that what you're ordering is right for you.

Can I ask for a customization after I made an order?

Any changes/customizations on the files/prints, should be asked and discussed before purchase. After the order is made I don't customize the files.

Cancellation question.

I don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

3. Print files on paper or cardstock on your own printer or use any professional printing service. Please set your printer on “best quality” in the printer dialog properties area.

The printout will contain all the necessary marks to make folding and cutting your set.

The quality of the item is zero, not worth a penny. it doesn't match the description, since the photo is nice but it cannot be printed, since a normal printer is not equipped to print in color gold. Why did I buy it. I did not realize it was printable since gold is not printable.I made a mistake, and this seller took advantage.
