Now, I know you are thinking, How can I order one these? Well here is a quick guide on exactly how to do it...

**HOW TO ORDER:**

Choose from the drop down options to the side of the page regarding how many people you wish to include (Baby in arms is free of charge).

THEN

Choose from the second drop down menu which fabric color you would like (bare in mind a white dress on white fabric, won't be very eye catching).

**IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE IF YOU WANT TO ADD ANY BACKGROUND/BORDER DETAILING, THIS MAY BE AN ADDITIONAL COST - PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE YOU ORDER TO DISCUSS THE TOTAL COST :) **

After you have made your choices, simply check out. Once you have completed your order, use the CONTACT SHOP/ASK A QUESTION button and simply send me photos of the people/pets you wish to be included and the following details (please)

- Eye color.
- Height if not obvious from photo's.
- Any particular clothing styles/colours you would like included.
- Your text you wish to include.

This allows me to have a point of reference to go back to if needed and saves a lot of back and forth between us, which in turn gets your order to you quicker :)

(Boring bit but PLEASE READ)

I do ask that once you have placed your order that you monitor your Etsy messages/emails as there may be a detail I want to confirm and no stitching will take place/continue until all confirmed, because my priority is getting it perfect just how you want it.

I will always confirm an order once received so you have piece of mind. My dispatch times are always a rough guide and length of time will depend on orders ahead of yours, HOWEVER if you really need this piece and agree it would make the perfect gift, simply send me a message before purchasing and I can let you know if it can be rushed for your occasion.

YOU can request progress photo's or final completed photo's from me via " Etsy conversations" if you wish. Once complete, I frame your design in a wooden embroidery hoop and back with super soft wool felt. THEN I wrap it up all beautifully and I head off to the post office and send it on its way to you.

Family portraits arrive in a colourful paper sleeve and enclosed in a hardback envelope to protect the piece.

Cross stitch kits arrive in a re-sealable pouch to keep all items together in one place.

Mini embroidery hoops are sent in a holographic sealable pouch.

If you are buying as a gift please send me a message and I can include a small note from you. Note's will be copied exactly so please check any spelling.

My shipping times are always a guide to which I work within in order to provide the best service to you and I'am almost always working to keep ahead of these and get orders to you as quickly as possible so if you have an item that you need for a special occasion, I am always happy to try and help.

The seller was very easy to work with on this transaction in light of the difficulties encountered. Due to the strike of the Royal Mail, her first sent item never reached me. After a reasonable waiting period, the seller completed and sent another item which finally did reach me. This transaction took 3 months, but it was not the fault of the seller. If ordering from the US, I recommend using tracking. This item was a gift and the recipient was very pleased with the item.
