The finished pillow size is not 12" x 16". 12" x 16" is probably the size of the fabric pieces before they are sewn together. The actual finished pillow is only about 11" x 15". I was surprised how small they were. Quality is nice though and the material is nice. They are just smaller than advertised and look very diminutive on the couch.

The size of the fabric pieces before sewn are 14x18. If 'about' 11x15 looks 'diminutive' then chances are 12x16 won't be a drastic improvement. Scale matters, I offer multiple sizes for that exact reason. I encourage all my customers to contact me with any issues as I am always more than willing to make you happy.
