These costumes are all hand crafted.

Batgirl comes with the tutu dress, a ribbon attached to the dress, and a mask.
Wonder Woman includes the tutu dress, a ribbon tied to the tutu, and a flower headband.
Captain America includes the tutu dress, a sash for around the waist and mask.

This beautiful baby Petti Tutu Dress is custom designed and hand made with super soft quality tulle and has a felt attached to the bodice.
Extra fluffy!

CAUTION: small pieces have been attached and could cause a choking hazard.

It is the perfect outfit for your little one to wear for pictures, birthday party or to simply wear and look great!

* this dress can be made any size newborn thru 8.
Baby Tutu Skirt is approximately 6-10” in length depending on the size ordered.
This is a triple layered tutu for extra fluff.

All my tutus are handmade in a smoke free environment and I only use yards and yards of premium quality tulle. My tutus are very full and fluffy.

SHIPPING
I ship the tutus via USPS Priority. Please note that a delay in payment is a delay in shipping as item is not made until payment is received. I try my best to keep them orderly in the box. When the tutu arrives please carefully take it out and fluff it. SHOULD YOU NEED AN ORDER FASTER OR BY A SPECIFIC DATE, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I WILL DO MY VERY BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR NEEDS!
