Custom Sizes are sizes that are printed by a professional print lab and are not returnable or exchangeable. These sizes are size 16x20 and larger. If the print arrives damaged I will need photographic proof up to having the damaged print shipped back to me, and will be replaced after verification. Personalized orders are not returnable or exchangeable. If you have any questions please contact me!

Do Prints Arrive Matted or Framed?

Prints are not matted or framed. The listing photos shown are a mock-up to help visualize the prints in a room setting. Some of the listing photos where frames are shown state that the prints are not matted or framed. The price is just for the print. We do offer matted prints for sizes 5x7 and 8x10, these are optional and you can choose the matted versions when checking out. Please contact me if you have further questions!
