CAN YOU ENGRAVE IMAGES?

Yes we can! High resolution, black and white, and clipart images work best. If you're not sure if yours will work, just message me the image and I will be happy to let you know!

CAN YOU ALTER/CHANGE A DESIGN?

Yes we can engrave almost anything! Just put the changes in the notes to seller when checking out and we can customize to those specifications. If any confusion or issues, I will message you to clarify!

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

Yes we do. With standard international shipping it can take a few weeks to deliver. We do offer expedited international shipping options if there is a deadline within that time frame, just message me to see which one you would need or if you're not sure you would need to expedite! Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout.

HOW DO YOU ENGRAVE MONOGRAMS?

When engraving a monogram, make sure to specify if you want the middle initial larger, if not we’ll do them all the same size. Also make sure to type your engraving in the order you want them in; so if you want the last name in the middle, type it that way. We will just laser it in exactly the same order you type it in. So 123 would engrave as 123, not 132, or FML (First Middle Last) would engrave as FML. If you want last name in middle, type it out as FLM. We laser it the same order that you type it.
