Sizes of the hat are according the circumference of the head or age. To measure the head of the child use a flexible measuring tape, measure the circumference at the widest part of the head, just above the eyebrows.

2-4 years size is 19.5''-20" (49-51 cm);
4-8 years size is 20''-21'' (51-53 cm);
8-12 years size is 21''-22'' (53-55 cm);
teen/adult size is 22''-23'' (55-58 cm).

Hat's care instructions:
machine wash on standard cycle, water temperature 30°C/86 F. Don't use bleach. Use a warm iron to remove wrinkles if needed.
