PROCESSING TIME: Once an order is placed we will make sure all standard deliveries are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
If you have placed an order before 1pm Monday-Friday and selected express delivery, it will be dispatched on the same day.

TRACKING: Fully tracked, priority shipping upgrades are available if your item is urgent. You will see this option at the checkout.

GIFT WRAP: All items are gift wrapped free of charge.

DELIVERY TIME: All items are shipped from the UK.
- UK standard delivery is by 1st class Royal Mail. Please allow 3 working days from date of dispatch.
- UK next day delivery is available as an upgrade at the checkout. Orders must be placed by 1pm for delivery on the next business day (excludes Saturday delivery)
- INTERNATIONAL standard delivery is via Royal Mail Airmail. Please allow 15 working days from date of dispatch. Full tracking is not available on standard airmail. Delivery dates are just a guide and will depend on how fast your country's Customs and Imports department takes to process and approve incoming goods.
- INTERNATIONAL priority/tracked delivery is available as an upgrade at the checkout.

IMPORT TAXES: I ship from the UNITED KINGDOM. For international orders: any import fees, duty or taxes imposed by your country on imported goods are the sole responsibility of the customer. I have no control over the customs charges set by other countries. These are laws set by your country and must be paid by the customer to their own government. It is the responsibility of the customer to check what charges may be payable in their country before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to this policy.

JEWELLERY CARE:
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, hairspray or any chemicals – they will react with the plating and cause it to discolour.
- Keep it dry. Contact with sea water, swimming pools or even wearing in the shower will damage your jewellery.
- Don’t sleep in your jewellery. They’re delicate and lovingly handmade and might not enjoy a rough night’s sleep!
- If your item features raw brass this will naturally tarnish over time but can easily be polished with a soft cloth and household brass cleaner following the instructions and using only in a well ventilated area.
- To keep your jewellery shiny and prevent tarnishing it's best to store it in an airtight container or resealable polythene bag.
