How long does it take to receive a FlirtyCreations Scroll Box?

It usually takes 2-3 business days to make your scroll box. During certain holidays, the time may be extended to 1-2 weeks. It is then mailed with first class 3-5 day shipping. If you need your scroll box sooner, there are expedited shipping options available at checkout!

Can I see a list of the quotes included in the scroll box?

In order to protect our creative work, we do not provide a full list of quotes that are included in the scroll boxes. However, we provide several examples in the item listing description and photos, and hope that our excellent reviews will help you with your decision!

How can I personalize a scroll box?

We have many different options to personalize your scroll box! The inside of the chest lid can be customized with a personal message for free. You can include the details in the "Note from Buyer" section at checkout. You can also choose to personalize the messages on the scrolls themselves. For example, including memories from children in a Mother's Day box or for a best friend who is moving away. Look for the "Custom Upgrade" listing in the "Custom" section of our shop! You can personalize just a few scrolls or all of them! We can also include photos on the scrolls with quotes underneath them! This is a great option for birthdays and anniversaries and the custom upgrade listing can be found in the "Custom" section of our shop!

Can I include a gift message with my scroll box?

If your scroll box is shipping directly to the recipient, we are happy to include a free gift message that will be printed on decorative paper and placed outside of the wrapped scroll box! Please include the gift message details in the "Note from Buyer" section at checkout. All of our scroll boxes arrive gift-wrapped!

Is there a receipt included?

If the scroll box is being shipped directly to the buyer, then a receipt is included in the package. If the scroll box is being shipped directly to the gift recipient, then no receipt will be included in the package. We are happy to include a gift message at no additional charge!

Can I choose a different scroll box or paper color?

Yes! If you see a scroll box theme you love but wished it came in a different box or with a different paper color, please send us a message. We are always creating custom scroll boxes!
