Communication is key when it comes to customized orders. There are times where information is unclear or missing from an order. We rely on Etsy's message system to reach you regarding your order. If we cannot reach you after three days, your order will be considered abandoned. If you order is returned to us and you do not pay for the reshipping your order will be considered abandoned. We do not offer refunds. Thanks for understanding. In certain circumstances if we cannot complete your order and we are unable to reach you we may issue a refund minus a $10 cancel fee.

If you requested a proof or if your item includes a proof (see listing description) we will send your proof within a few days of your order or once we have all of the details/elements to make your proof.
