When you purchase digital designs from my shop you are purchasing a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence NOT the rights to the designs.

Copyright of all designs remains property of the artist: Hazel Fisher.

Unless otherwise stated in my listings, my printable designs are for personal use only. See below for other licensing options.

* You can print and use the design(s) you purchase as many times as you like for your own personal projects (which includes making items to give to friends or family) eg: scrapbooking, cardmaking, invitations and party decorations.

* You may also use the designs in educational materials for your own classroom.

* If you share pictures of things you have made with my designs on social media please give credit; including my name Hazel Fisher and if possible a link to my website www.hazelfishercreations.co.uk.

* The licence is for a single user and is non-transferable. You may not sublicense, resell, share or redistribute the design(s) (digitally, printed or on CD) under any circumstances, not even for free. If your friends would like copies please direct them to my shop to purchase for themselves. If you have purchased the design(s) to use in your classroom you may not pass the files on to other teachers in your school - they would need to purchase their own copies.

* You may not claim to be the creator of the design(s). You may not modify the design(s) and claim them as your own.

* You may not use the design(s) in digital products (eg: websites, banners, blog backgrounds, logos etc).

* You may not use my design(s) on sites like Teachers Pay Teachers or print on demand sites (eg: Zazzle, Spoonflower etc)

* You may not sell items you have made using my designs unless you have purchased a Commercial Use Licence (see below).

* You may not use my designs on your business website / stationery without a licence (see below).

If you would like to use any of my designs for commercial / business use please contact me to discuss licensing.
Licence fees vary and I have licensing options available for a range of business sizes, whether you would only be making a few items to selling several hundred.

A Business Use Licence would allow you to use the design for items like:
- your business website background / graphics
- business stationery
- thank you cards / labels which you send out with your customer's orders

A Commercial Use Licence would allow you to make and sell items with my designs, eg:
- greeting cards,
- purses and handbags
- cushions
- clothing and more!

You can print the files at home or have them professionally printed.

If printing at home, for best results, I recommend using a good quality paper or card and your printer's highest quality setting. For items such as gift boxes, bunting, cupcake toppers or cards I use 240gsm card and for items like scrapbooking papers I use 120gsm paper.

If you plan to have the files professionally printed (eg: at Staples, Costco etc) please let me know and I can provide you with a PDF release letter, as you may be asked to provide proof that you have permission to print my designs.

I do offer a professional printing service for some items - please see listings in my shop for details.

Please bear in mind that the colours of my digital items may appear differently depending on the settings of individual screens and printers.
