ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS NECKLACE:
The original piece was a brooch from Jackie's great grandfather, Michelle Bouvier. He purchased it in France for his wife. It went to Jackie's father, Jack Bouvier, who gave it to Jackie's mother. Janet Bouvier had the enhancer added to allow her to clip the brooch to any necklace. She also had the art deco style chain made to match the brooch. Janet gave the brooch and the necklace to Jackie who thought the chain was too long and had it shortened. But she realized her mistake so she had the pieces made so they could be added to the necklace. Jackie wore the necklace and/or the brooch quite often. There are many photographs of her wearing them.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE MANUFACTURER:
For over a ten-year period, Camrose & Kross painstakingly created replicas of many of Former First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy’s personal pieces of jewelry. However, these pieces are no longer manufactured and the molds have been destroyed. Pieces from The Jacqueline Kennedy Collection are becoming more and more scarce and, therefore, HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE. The replicas are all identified by a "JBK" signature stamp. (JBK stands for Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy.)

Beautiful 'Grand Tour' replica pendant necklace from the JBK Collection by Camrose & Kross. Stunning piece that doubles as a brooch and necklace. Item has been well taken care of, is in excellent condition and included a Certificate of Authentication. The Seller was lovely to deal with and included the matching earrings as a bonus!
